New York City-native and Miami-transplant, Carolina Hejl, is the Founder and Creative Director of the luxury shoe brand Kolane. Before establishing Kolane in 2022, Carolina worked as a UX designer and strategist for some of the biggest advertising and consulting agencies in London, New York, and Miami. She played a key role in conceptualizing and crafting digital experiences, helping global brands in the fashion and finance sector expand their capacity for impact. Motivated by her profound love of design and masterful craftsmanship, Carolina founded Kolane closely following the arrival of her second child. This major life event served as the catalyst for pursuing her passion: making high-quality footwear in considered batches with attention to every detail.
